Try thinking you’re stuck in an elevator without any air circulation and it’s slowly feeling warmer and warmer with all the people stuck in there with you. How do you feel?
When you feel cool, your body relaxes.
When you feel hot, your body tenses.
Whatever you think is how you feel.
It’s important to feel both so you know when to let it be and let it go.
